Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Senior Store Sales Staff member serves as an experienced frontline anchor, demonstrating total mastery across cashiering, inventory rotation, merchandising, and customer service. You take primary ownership of key store departments (such as produce freshness or cooler display presentation) while performing daily POS item scanning and pallet restocking. Senior sales staff also mentor newer team members on proper ALDI work methods, assist with backroom stockroom organization, and resolve customer service inquiries with authority. This position strictly requires 100% physical on-site presence at the store facility (no remote options allowed).
