Role Overview & Responsibilities
Serving as a versatile, cross-trained member of the frontline store operations team, the Store Team Assistant handles a wide variety of daily operational duties. You rotate between high-speed point-of-sale customer checkout, offloading delivery pallets using pallet jacks, restocking merchandise shelves following planograms and FIFO product rotation rules, and performing store sanitation sweeps. You also assist shoppers with locating merchandise and maintain parking lot shopping cart corrals. This position requires 100% physical on-site presence at the store facility with zero remote options.
Qualifications & Benefits
Must be at least 18 years old. Requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred, strong communication skills, reliability, and the physical capability to lift up to 45 lbs, bend, stand, and move actively across sales floor aisles.
